PAMLA 2026: Whova is Live!

PAMLA 2026 meets again fully in person at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Seattle, November 12–15! Our Whova app for the conference schedule is now live, and we invite all of our participants to use it.

Get Whova Now

To organize your conference experience with Whova, create a Whova account, then download the Whova app to access our events and sessions. If possible, please sign in with the same email you used to sign up for Ballast, as this makes setup much smoother. And please sign up soon, so you can join the fun, interesting, and exciting conference discussions from the start!

Please check the Whova agenda regularly as the conference approaches. We update it based on the official conference program here, so session times, rooms, and presenters may shift between now and November. Checking in every so often keeps you up to date with the latest schedule, but it will be finalized the first day of the conference or so, with some minor spot changes here and there.

Presenters: please confirm your session’s day, time, and room in Whova. If you spot an error in your own listing, check your details in Ballast first, then contact us so we can correct it.

Whova adds an interactive layer to the conference: you will find the PAMLA Agenda and Special Events, Ride and Room Sharing Options, Community Topics of Discussion, Conference Contests, and many other online features that will streamline and enhance your in-person conference experience. You can also add sessions to your personal agenda, set up your attendee profile, and message other participants before you even arrive in Seattle.
