PAMLA Conference Exhibitors

PAMLA 2026 invites publishers, book stores, and other interested parties to our conference Book Exhibit at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle, WA.

Exhibit Hours

Thursday, November 12: Noon – 5pm

Friday, November 13: 9am – 4pm

Saturday, November 14: 9am – 4:30pm

Sunday, November 15: 9am – Noon

Exhibitor Options:

Note: PAMLA reserves the right to vet its exhibition space. We generally reserve the space for bookstores and traditional scholarly publishers that practice peer review, as well as literary publishers with clear editorial practices. We typically do not accept vanity presses or pay-to-publish journals, publishers, or authors.

PAMLA 2026 Basic Exhibitor Package ($300.00)

Basic Exhibitors will receive:

  • Two 6ft x 3ft tables and four chairs. Note: tables will not be draped by the hotel; exhibitors may bring their own
  • Two conference-affiliated badges
  • An option of running an Exhibitor-Sponsored Workshop or Session

PAMLA 2026 Advertiser Exhibitor Package ($425.00)

Advertiser Exhibitors will receive:

  • Three 6ft x 3ft tables and four chairs. Note: tables will not be draped by the hotel; exhibitors may bring their own
  • Half-page advertisement in the PAMLA Conference Program
  • Four conference-affiliated badges
  • An option of running an Exhibitor-Sponsored Workshop

PAMLA 2026 Sponsorship Exhibitor Package ($1250.00)

In exchange for a $1,250.00 donation, PAMLA will list the publisher or company as a co-sponsor on our conference website and in the conference program. Sponsors will also be thanked throughout the conference itself. Additionally, sponsors will receive:

  • Featured digital advertisement on the Whova/PAMLA Conference App
  • Thanked as co-sponsor on conference website
  • Four 6ft x 3ft tables and four chairs. Note: tables will not be draped by the hotel; exhibitors may bring their own
  • One full-page advertisement in the PAMLA Conference Program
  • Four conference-affiliated badges
  • An option of running one Exhibitor-Sponsored Workshop
