Are you looking forward to joining us in lovely San Diego, California in November for the 2019 PAMLA Conference? Then please take a look at our approved sessions to decide what session or sessions to propose an abstract to.

You may now View the 2019 PAMLA Conference Call for Papers List with over 165 approved sessions, and submit an abstract.

At this time, you may submit a paper proposal for the 2019 PAMLA Conference via our new conference and registration portal (https://pamla.ballastacademic.com/home/cfp), where we have more than 165 approved sessions!

With PAMLA 2019, we now offer multiple Session Formats (Roundtable or Workshop anyone?). You can find session format information here: (https://www.pamla.org/2019/session-formats). Please do consider submitting a proposal to a new special format session, like a roundtable discussion or a creative conversation! And you can now present one traditional paper in a panel while also participating in a Roundtable or Creative Conversation or Special Event (so one from traditional paper panel column A and one from the column B creative format sessions is now an option!). Moreover, while our Conference Theme is “Send in the Clowns” (https://www.pamla.org/…/2019/02/15/2019-conference-theme-send-c… ), paper proposals not related to the theme are welcome.

Should you have any questions about our conference or proposal system, please contact PAMLA Executive Director Craig Svonkin ([email protected]), PAMLA Assistant Director David John Boyd ([email protected]), or PAMLA Communications Officer Russell McDermott ([email protected]).

We look forward to your submissions for this year’s 2019 PAMLA Conference! Feel free to share this information with interested colleagues, friends, students, or that most beloved clown in your life!
