We hope all of our PAMLA friends and members are well! Given concerns about the COVID-19 virus, we want to reassure you that we will be monitoring the situation as we continue planning for our conference in November. In order to give everyone a bit more time, we've decided to extend our deadline for paper proposals to July 15. Should you have any questions, feel free to call PAMLA Executive Director Craig Svonkin: 626-354-7526.

Dates and Deadlines

  • Extended Deadline for Special Session Proposals: Still Accepting Late Proposals
  • Abstract proposals due July 15, 2020 (SORRY FOR THE DELAY)
  • Invitees should respond to invitations beginning on July 22, 2020
  • Early-bird conference payment period: January 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020
  • PAMLA membership payment due for all accepted conference participants: July 25, 2020
  • Regular conference payment period: July 1, 2020 - September 16, 2020
  • Late payment period: September 17, 2020 - November 1, 2020
  • After November 2, those who haven't paid their conference fees will be removed from the conference program

During these strange days, we want you to know that we are working to keep PAMLA healthy and moving forward, and that we are looking at all sorts of possibilities for our future.
