Reservation Procedures  

Reservations will be made on an individual basis. The hotel will accept reservations made directly with Aqua Hotels & Resorts Central Reservations by telephone at 1-866-406-2782 (toll free) or via their website at www.aquaresorts.com. Meeting attendees will reference Pacific Ancient & Modern Language Association when making reservations. When making reservations on the web please reference Group Code: PAMLA.

You may receive PAMLA's special rate for effective dates:  Nov 6 – 21, 2010

PAMLA's Room Block will be held until: Oct 13, 2010 (or until PAMLA's room block sells out).  PAMLA's Room Rates will be available through:  Oct 20, 2010.  After these dates normal hotel availability and rates will apply.

• Mountain View Rooms ($110 ) / Only 1 King bed
• Ocean View Rooms ($127) / 1-King bed or 2 double beds
• Mountain View with Kitchen ($144) / 1 King bed and 1 sofa sleeper
• Ocean View with Kitchen ($161) / 1 King bed and 1 sofa sleeper
• Special Parking Rate:  $9 per night (a 50% discount on their usual rate)
• Free Wireless Internet in all rooms
